How we review providers

We start with the buyer's actual job. For each provider, we identify the workload it appears to serve best, confirm published prices against a provider-owned page, and note the integration path, free-access terms, and material limitations.

Our main ranking currently weights practical unit economics at 30%, fit for repeatable workloads at 25%, migration and API fit at 20%, pricing transparency at 15%, and catalog flexibility at 10%. The score is editorial judgment, not a laboratory benchmark.

What we do not claim

We do not claim that a small model at one provider is equivalent to a frontier or task-tuned model at another. We do not infer output quality from token price. Unless an article explicitly describes a repeatable benchmark, our comparisons are desk research based on public documentation.

Corrections and commercial relationships

AI pricing changes quickly. If a rate, limitation, or product detail is wrong, email [email protected] with a provider-owned source. Some outbound links may contain campaign parameters so referral traffic can be measured; those parameters do not change the price you pay.

Questions about advertising or commercial collaboration belong on our contact page. Material sponsorships will be disclosed where they apply.
